Adelaide is a long skinny city… We’re bound by the sea to the west and the beautiful Mount Lofty Ranges to the east. This simple geographic position means that we continue to sprawl further North and South.
This provides the bulk of the traditional flat sites for project home builders. For those wanting to break that standard mould… there are still plenty of great building sites right through the foothills and into the small towns “out the back”. Whilst some sites are not dead flat they represent excellent buying and in most cases come complete with native outlooks and some land for the kids.
